Applicant Queue
Import accepts .csv, .xlsx, or .xls files directly — no conversion needed. Google Sheets: File → Share → Publish to web → choose the sheet tab → CSV → copy that link and paste it above. (Regular "Share" links won't work here — it must be the published CSV link.)
Export CSV/Excel: check the box in the table header to select everyone currently shown, then click Export — or leave nothing selected to export everyone regardless of selection.
Bulk Email by Registration Type
Send a custom email to every applicant of a given registration type (e.g. all Buyer/Retailer applicants), regardless of what's selected in the table above. Useful for type-specific announcements — parking info for Exhibitors, embargo reminders for Press/Media, etc.
Placeholders: {{firstName}}, {{lastName}}, {{company}}, {{jobTitle}}, {{attendeeType}}, {{verificationCode}}, {{eventName}}, {{eventDates}}
Check-In / Verify at Door
Scan the badge QR with any phone camera or QR app — it will show the verification code below. Enter or paste it here to check the attendee in.
Gear Network Applications
Brands and DMOs/operators who applied through the registration opt-in (or directly on your program's application pages). Convert an application to create the real, live record — this also auto-creates any partnerships they selected during their application.
Brand applications
Operator / DMO applications
Participating Brands & DMOs/Operators
Everyone currently live in the Gear Network across the whole system — not just applications, the real, active records.
Brands
DMOs / Operators
Partnerships
Which brands each DMO/operator is approved to feature. Use "Manage Partners" above on any brand or operator row to set this in bulk — this table is just the audit view.
Commission Rates
Every active (host, brand) commission split across the whole network. Changing a rate here closes out the old one automatically — past orders keep whatever rate was active when they happened.
Set a new rate
Sponsorship Proposals
Every proposal generated across all applicants, in one place. Click Open to review or continue editing a specific one in the Proposal Generator.
Add-On Capacity & Companies
Every sponsorship add-on that's been accepted, grouped by add-on — with capacity usage for anything limited (set limits in Settings), and which companies have claimed each one. Only reflects proposals marked Accepted.
New Registration Notification Recipients
Comma-separated email addresses. "Always notify" gets an email for every registration, regardless of type. "Exhibitor/Vendor-only" additionally receives it, but only when someone registers through the Exhibiting/Vendor path.
Sponsorship Add-On Capacity Limits
Set a maximum quantity for any add-on that's limited (e.g. only 40 New Product Pavilion spots). Leave blank for unlimited. These limits are checked live in the Proposal Generator when a rep marks a proposal Accepted.

Main Logo — TGA
This is the primary logo shown in the app header and on every printed badge. Pre-loaded with the official TGA logo — upload a different file only if you want to replace it.
Secondary Logo — TravelCon
Shown smaller, next to the main logo, on the badge header only.
Icon Mark — App Header & Banner
The compact square/circular mark shown in the app's top header and the Register tab's banner (distinct from the main and secondary logos above, which are used on badges). Pre-loaded with the 2027 brand mark.
Show Rules, Terms & Conditions (printed on badge sheet)
Registration Terms & Conditions (applicant must accept to submit)
Not legal advice: the text below is a starting draft only. Have TGA's attorney review and finalize it before relying on it as a binding agreement.
This is shown to every applicant on the final step, along with a required checkbox and signature — separate from the shorter badge rules above.
Event Name & Dates (shown on badge header)
The breakdown above shows as a second line in the registration banner — the printed badge only shows the overall Event Dates field, to keep it uncluttered.
Attendee Types & Badge Colors
Add, rename, remove, or recolor registration types. Renaming updates existing applicants automatically; removing a type does not delete applicants already assigned to it, but new registrations won't be able to pick it.
